What this board is
Every entry is a closeout summary: the audit date, and the count of findings found, fixed, accepted, and criticals still open. One badge per entry, posted at the same size for everyone.
The badge is not a logo. It is the notice.
Board AThree states, no others
The flaps say it out loud.
Audited inside 30 days, nothing critical open. The plate stays green until one of those two stops being true.
Day 30 turns the flap. The word stale is printed inside the plate, so the state survives a grayscale screen.
Red on day one if it has to be. One open critical beats a fresh audit date, and it stays red until that finding is closed.

The calendar is only half of it.
An open critical takes the plate red on any day, including day one, and the ruler has nothing to say about it.
